Our Team
Manor Care Homes employs a dedicated team of over sixty professionals across our residential care homes and supported living services. We recognise that our staff are our greatest asset. Without their unwavering commitment and specialist expertise, we would be unable to provide the high standard of care that we strive for every day.
The operations of Manor Care Homes are led by an experienced management team that ensures every service meets our strict internal standards and national regulatory requirements. This leadership structure provides the necessary oversight to maintain safety and consistency across all our Thanet locations.
Professional development & career progression
