Our Team

Manor Care Homes employs a dedicated team of over sixty professionals across our residential care homes and supported living services. We recognise that our staff are our greatest asset. Without their unwavering commitment and specialist expertise, we would be unable to provide the high standard of care that we strive for every day.

The operations of Manor Care Homes are led by an experienced management team that ensures every service meets our strict internal standards and national regulatory requirements. This leadership structure provides the necessary oversight to maintain safety and consistency across all our Thanet locations.

Professional development & career progression

We believe that high-quality care begins with a long-term investment in our staff. To support this commitment, we offer clear development pathways that allow our team members to progress from frontline support into senior leadership.

  • Support Workers are supported through the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker NVQ.

  • Team Leaders can pursue the Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care.

  • Deputy Managers have access to the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care.

  • Residential Managers are encouraged to pursue a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Chartered Management (Mary Seacole) or equivalent.

We facilitate this growth through funded qualifications tailored to each career stage:
